With a capacity of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Villa Hadrian is perfectly suited for 6 persons and a wonderful option if you are travelling with your family. You can find all you need for the ideal vacation in this stunning location close to the sea. The villa has 260m2 square meters of interior space. On the ground floor our guests find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining as well as a comfortable and cozy living room. The ground floor also has a bedroom with en suite bathroom. One of the highlights of this bedroom is its unconstrained and beautiful view from the terrace. You can access the terrace with the pool area through large terrace doors. The villa is built in minimalistic style with large windows that allow a stunning view of the beautiful Velebit mountain as well as the crystal clear blue sea. The villa has the largest pool in the area and what’s more, there is a jacuzzi to spoil you with a beautiful view of the mountains and the landscape. Villa has been designed to also be the perfect location for autumn and winter stays. The villa has floor heating as well as a heated jacuzzi and pool. Rooms can be heated separately, and the house has extra strong insulation. Villa Hadrian is located in Pridraga, a small and charming village near Zadar in Dalmatian region. The community has restaurants as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. The area is quiet and not crowdy. From the villa it’s a 3 minute walk to the coastline. The beaches are stone covered and not sandy what contributes to the crystal clear and blue water. The water access is easy and also suitable for children and seniors. Dalmatia is known for its wine and its stunning and scenic nature and national parks like Krka Waterfalls and Zrmanja River Canyon. Pridraga is only 30 minutes drive from Croatian highway that connects you directly to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since Croatia joined the European Union in 2023 there are no border controls any longer. Croatia has the Euro currency and there are no additional roaming cost for telephone and internet access for European citizens.
