This meticulously renovated beachfront villa with private pool presents the height of comfort with a total of five rooms located over 3 floors which are all fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a fireplace, living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable seating, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. Villa also has an additional fully equipped kitchen with a separate entrance. On the first floor are the two master bedrooms with king size beds and balcony with wonderful sea view. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; one with shower and one with shower and massage bath. And finally the second floor has 3 more bedrooms (two double bedrooms with queen size beds and one single room) and a spacious shared bathroom with shower. One of the double rooms on this floor has a small terrace. Great care and attention has been given to the interior design of the villa and there is a true Mediterranean feel to it with light colours and tasteful furnishings. 
 
The villa is surrounded by an extensive and luscious garden with several terrace areas that can be utilized in many ways; terrace with dining area and gas barbecue, covered terrace with lounge furniture, another outdoor lounge area in front of the villa and an additional dining area with shades. The inviting heated swimming pool of 24m2 with sunloungers, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower is ideal for enjoying the summer days in Dubrovnik.
 
Villa Franica is fully air conditioned and equipped with wifi, underfloor central heating and SAT TV in living room and in all bedrooms. There is a hairdryer and free toiletries in all bathrooms and guest also have slippers and bathrobes at their disposal. Parking is available at the property.
