In a rural location, surrounded by the owner's lush green farmland, holiday home Casa Oliva stands as an established traditional stone villa with a private pool. Situated on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani, near Umag in Istria, this charming holiday home was originally built in 1920 and underwent significant renovations in 2004, transforming it into a delightful blend of tradition and modernity. 
 
Nestled away from bustling resorts, Casa Oliva offers a peaceful retreat to explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. Approximately 20 meters from the neighboring villa (Casa Peronospora), this detached villa is set in its well-kept gardens. 
 
The spacious lounge/dining area downstairs is comfortably furnished, featuring a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals with family and friends. In the living area, you'll find a convertible sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen has modern amenities, and there's a spacious L-shaped bathroom/laundry room with an old-fashioned freestanding bath. The upstairs bedroom is comfortably furnished, with enough space to accommodate a baby cot. Next to the bedroom on this floor, there's also a new bathroom with a shower.
 
Outside, a terrace with a large outdoor BBQ and sitting area awaits, and across a pathway, a small outdoor swimming pool (6 x 3m) is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and flowers. High-end vacation!

Die Unterkunft war echt super und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Ideal für Eltern mit Kindern auch unter zwei Jahre wie in unserem Fall. Die Kinder können in Ruhe schlafen und man hört vom Pool aus die Kinder . Ein negativer Punkt wofür der Gastgeber jedoch nichts kann ist. Die Nachbarn hatten einen Hund, der ständig bellte und somit Störend gewesen ist. Sowie sehr viele Mücken Grundsätzlich fünf Sterne Bewertung

Special place!

Wir haben uns in der einen Woche dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war ein Highlight in der Zeit.
