Luxury Villa Happiness is located in Omiš area on a property of 1000 m2 and has 400 m2 of living space spread over 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor. The villa is fully equipped with all modern technology and devices and its property is especially proud of it's large 35m2 pool with hydrolysis maintenance system, jacuzzi for 6 people and a wellness oasis with sauna for 4 people, room for meditation, bathroom with shower, fitness and recreation room. Villa has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one guest toilet, a living area with a large fully equipped kitchen, living area and a living room. The villa is suitable for a luxury vacation of 8 + 2 people. On the lower ground floor you will find wellness area where you can enjoy and relax in the sauna, meditation room, massages and relax in the fitness room equipped with exercise equipment, stretching and a punching bag. In this part there is also a game room with a table football. On the ground floor of the villa where there is a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and 2 bars, cafe corner with a coffee machine to prepare fragrant coffee dining room with large dining table, living room with sofa and SAT-Smart TV. In this part there is also a guest toilet. This spacious living area with all its south glass doors is connected to the main terrace. On the main terrace you'll find the large swimming pool, jacuzzi for 6 people, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a dining set. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue grill to prepare some Dalmatian specialities. On the second floor of the villa there are 4 luxury rooms. The master room is comfortable with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The master room also has a walk-in closet. The other 3 rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-Smart TVs and all have a private terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and islands in the distance.

Thanks to Aron for his welcome and his availability. The place is magical, the house is very comfortable, on foot towards the sea. Pebble beach but intimate despite the world in August. Mala Luka's beach is better less pebbles. The view of the terrace is breathtaking. I recommend this house. The only flaw is the traffic to go to Split for more than an hour to make 35 km.

We had an amazing time at Villa Happiness! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and luxury of the villa. The views were stunning, and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best was the amazing massage in the villa. After a long day of exploring, nothing was more rejuvenating than a peaceful massage :) . We also had the pleasure of hiring a private chef for one of our evenings, and it was truly unforgettable! We wint to come back soon :)
