It is located near the picturesque village of Selca and provides a panoramic view of the nearby village Sumartin, Biokovo Mountain, the peninsula of Peljesac and the island of Hvar. The villa is a perfect choice for your holiday residence, only few steps away from the crystal clear sea, 500 m from the pebble beach and 1.5 km from the center of Selca. Recently renovated in 2019, this elegant and attractive Dalmatian villa is one of the finest properties in the region, with direct access to the sea. Villa presents itself as a real summer oasis and provides a unique experience of staying in the Mediterranean paradise, with scents of the surrounding pines and olive and lemon trees in a private garden. The whole area of the Villa White Bellezza covers 800 m², while the villa itself extends over 445 m². Villa consists of souterrain, ground floor with a mezzanine and the first floor. Villa White Bellezza has 7 bedrooms with 7 en suite bathrooms and is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
