Villa Alte Muehle is a modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool, situated in the centre of Novigrad in Istria. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, this villa with pool and jacuzzi is an idyllic retreat for families, friends and couples.

 

This spacious villa has 200m2 surface with two floors. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine ensures culinary delights amidst earthy décor and in the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa by the fireplace or enjoy movie nights. On the terrace you can admire the pine forest view while dining alfresco. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One room has an en-suite bathroom while other two rooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and have toiletries provided.

 

Villa Alte Muehle is pet-friendly, offering the perfect opportunity for those planning a vacation with their furry friends. Outside, the 500 m² property features a paved terrace with a pool and sun loungers for relaxation. You can access the rooftop for a 4-person whirlpool experience or enjoy barbecue evenings by the outdoor fireplace. Fantastic

The very nice spacious house is in a perfect location to the old harbor and most swimming opportunities. We hadn't even needed the car throughout the week. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, everything was perfect. The whirlpool on the roof terrace was very nice. The landlord was very nice and helpful.

Great!

Very nice host. Accommodation was great and just like in the photos. Unfortunatley there is not much greenery in and around the villa, a few plants, sprinkles etc. would have been nice for my taste.
