This newly built villa with private pool is a perfect example of a seamless blend of the laid-back Mediterranean atmosphere and historical charm with modern amenities. Villa Ancora is located in the prestigious Lapad district of Dubrovnik, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, away from the noise of the city streets. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it offers breathtaking views of the Gruž Harbor and the Franjo Tuđman Bridge.
Villa Ancora in Dubrovnik consists of two floors: the ground floor and the lower ground floor. The lower ground floor features 2 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom (including a shower & bidet, one with a jacuzzi), and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom with a shower. Additionally, two utility rooms for clothes and cleaning are located on this floor.
The ground floor comprises a spacious living room furnished with modern leather seating and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large dining table accommodating up to 8 people. An additional guest toilet is also available on this floor. The ground floor terrace offers a refreshing retreat during hot summer days, featuring a swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a table with extra seating for relaxation.
