It offers an idyllic setting for your holidays, surrounded by tranquility and relaxation. True to its name, Villa A.R.T. boasts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sunsets that will captivate you.

The luxurious and sleek interior design creates a comfortable ambiance. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or large groups of friends. Upon entering, you'll find a game room equipped with a pool table and darts. This floor also features two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, a utility room, a toilet, and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi.

On the first floor, a well-appointed kitchen opens into a spacious living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead out to a charming terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sea views. Additionally, this level includes a single bedroom with an en suite shower room, another double bedroom, and an additional shower room.

The second floor boasts a Master double bedroom, a shower room, and a balcony offering panoramic sea views. Outside, the private swimming pool (7.5 x 5m) with a summer kitchen and BBQ area provides a refreshing retreat on hot summer days.
