Villa Bea is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with private pool, situated on the shore of eastern Istrian coast, in the village of Vlakovo, only 15 km from Labin - the largest town in this area with the old historic center on the top of the hill. Guests can enjoy their holiday in a picturesque countryside and peaceful surroundings. This elegant and modernly equipped estate with sophisticated interior promises an unforgettable holiday.
 
If you like to participate in more active holiday there is a variety of activities such as beach volleyball, badminton or soccer, as well as many different trails for hiking or biking in the area. Interior of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with open fireplace, additional toilet, two double rooms, one twin room and a family suite (consisting of one double bedroom and a connected single room). All rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom with shower. Outside area features  a fully fenced 1100m2 garden with private swimming pool, covered terrace with furniture, summer kitchen and barbecue grill, playground and  parking for 2 cars. For those guests that appreciate tasting local wines, there is also  a small and exquisite wine cellar. 
 
The owner of the villa is himself a wine producer so you will be able to taste and buy truly local home made  wine, as well as other particularly selected Istrian wines. The owner of the villa also rents boats, kayak, pedal boat, stand up pedaling in Autocamp Tunarica, just 3,5 km from Villa “Bea”. Guests of Villa "Bea" will have one day free of charge on their disposal kayak, and 15% discount when renting motor boat, pedal boats, and stand up pedaling. Guest are also welcome to visit touristic small town of Rabac with its marvelous beaches.
 
Villa Bea is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 3 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.

Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe haben völlig reibungslos geklappt. Super Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Grillplatz und Pool. Ruhige Lage mit ländlichem Charakter. Für Naturliebhaber wärmsten zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wirklich Traumhaft! Vorallem für Familien mit Kinder ein Traum! Allerdings ist es ein bisschen abgelegen, 5-10 min vom Strand und Einkaugsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, war perfekt für uns. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Wespen ums Haus, allerdings hat es in ganz Kroatien viele Wespen. Ansonsten absolut perfekter Urlaub.
