Villa Brax is a brand new 4-bedroom villa with private heated pool situated in the idyllic village of Splitska on the island of Brač. To the centre of Splitska is only a 5 min walk and to the beautiful beach Zastup is a 10 min walk from the villa.
Villa Brax spreads across 200m2 surface on two floors. The ground floor features a living room with comfortable sofa and SAT TV, connected kitchen with dining area, guest toilet, double bedroom with en suite shower room and a playroom with SAT TV, billiards table, darts, table soccer and some exercise exuippment. The first floor features 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and a shared terrace with sea view.
The outdoor area of this private villa for rent features a 8x 3,5m heated pool with jacuzzi corner, terrace with sunloungers, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower, lounge area with garden furniture and dining area with BBQ grill. At the property is also a private parking for u to 3 cars.
Villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with wifi. Pets are allowed on request only.
