The upper floor also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a central kitchen island, a large dining area for 8 persons and a bright and spacious living room with flat screen TV — a perfect spot for relaxation and get together.
The outdoor area of this private holiday villa features a private heated swimming pool with sunloungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, as well as a stylish lounge area and an alfresco dining area with BBQ grill and an outdoor kitchen.
In 2025, Villa Carlotta added an impressive sports zone, including a tennis court (approx. 800 m²) and a bocce field with evening lighting for a nighttime play. Guests also have access to a separate small house with private gym and a game room featuring a pool table, dart board, table football, a TV system, library, separate Wi-Fi and air conditioning control.
