This newly built luxury villa Golden Lion with private heated pool and 4 bedrooms is situated in the lovely coastal town of Primošten, just 800m from the sea and a pebble beach.
The outdoor area of Villa Golden Lion features a large 75 m2 heated pool with salty water, surrounded by sunbeds and baldachins. On the terrace of the second floor there is also a lounge area with jacuzzi where you can enjoy the amazing sea view. Additionally, the villa offers parking for up to four vehicles, ensuring convenience for guests arriving with cars.
The glamorous interior spans four floors and features four luxury air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is a spacious gym with an area of 80 m², featuring top-quality exercise equipment and after a hard workout, you can also relax in the hot sauna. The ground floor of the villa features a living room, a fully equipped eleganly designed kitchen and dining room. In the living room you will find a cozy corner with a large sofa, two arm chairs and a fireplace. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower and a storage room. From the ground floor, there is direct access to the terrace and pool. The first floor of the villa features three luxurious bedrooms, each with and en suite bathroom with shower.
