Villa Izabela is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque village of Svetvinčenat. This villa with a pool is perfect for two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people) who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in a private setting, while still being close to restaurants, cafes, and cultural attractions.
During the summer months, the medieval Morisin-Grimani Castle hosts the Istraetnojazz Festival, and the nearby main town square and surrounding areas are home to the traditional Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theatre, offering guests an authentic cultural experience.
Villa Izabela consists of two houses, rented as one unit only. The first house features a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room on the ground floor. The second house also includes a kitchen and dining room, living room, double bedroom, and shower room on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a balcony. An extra bathroom with a bath is also located on the first floor. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
The covered BBQ area is located behind both houses, on higher ground, surrounded by nature, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air on warm summer days.
