Villa Kazun is a modern villa with a unique architectural design, situated near Fažana on charming property along a tranquil country road. Brimming with character, Villa Kazun's distinctive rounded shape provides a special ambiance, making it an ideal retreat for a small family with two children. The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout. In the round-shaped main hause, you'll discover a kitchen with living and dining area and a beautiful bedroom featuring a large round bed. Stepping outside you will find a splendid and spacious covered alfresco dining area with a barbecue, a large private pool and a separate annex suite with its own kitchen, living area with a convertable sofa for two children and a bathroom with shower. For additional enjoyment, there's even a small basketball court and a table tennis. The nearest beach is just a short drive away, or you may opt to explore the charming capital of Pula, a mere fifteen-minute drive from the villa.

Fantastic

This villa is perfect. It has a private pool and a basketball court - a true asset for my son who is playing basketball. Very nice and helpful owners. Perfect location if you are lloking for privacy. Very close to the beaches and the Brijuni island. and ideal for excursion to the old towns of Istria.

Very pleasant stay! The domain was well maintained, the garden was super neat. Beautiful swimming pool. The domain is completely walled and within the domain is also a basketball court which was a plus for the children. Beautiful swimming pool. Cozy covered seating area outside. The children sleep in a separate studio which they enjoyed very much. The children sleep on a sofa bed, our children are 8 and 13, for older children this might be rather small. The villa is completely secluded, very quiet, yet close to Fazana where you will find many cozy restaurants. Tip: definitely go eat at La Bodega! Super tasty and top service!

Fantastic

Perfect reception, good explanation, very clean and well maintained house and swimming pool. Unfortunate from the excavation works along the house.
