Villa Klara is a newly build 3-bedroom villa with private heated pool, located in the village of Murvica near the historic city of Zadar in Dalmatia. This private holiday villa offers a comfortable and relaxing stay far away from the hustle and bustle of the city while ensuring easy access to beaches, restaurants and cultural landmarks in the Zadar region.
With 120 m² indoor space and modernly designed interior, Villa Lucija ensures full comfort and cosiness of a holiday home. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted to an extra bed for two additional guests. The living room is connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor, there are three elegantly designed bedrooms with boxspring beds (one measuring 180x200cm and the other two 160x200cm). Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a flat screen TV. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. This floor also includes two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet. Guests have a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and towels at their disposal.
The outdoor area of this private villa for rent is 280 m² large, offering guests the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation. The highlight of the exterior is the 15m2 private heated pool, surrounded by three sun loungers and two umbrellas, ensuring a refreshing retreat during warm summer days.
