Villa La Premier is a beautifully renovated Istrian stone house, located in the tranquil village of Radići near Sveti Lovreč. Completely modernized in 2023, the villa combines traditional stone architecture with contemporary features, offering a perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. Situated approximately 17 km from the lively resort town of Poreč and just 8 km from the picturesque Lim Fjord, it provides an excellent base for exploring the Istrian countryside.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features four bedrooms—two double and two triple. It is composed of two separate buildings, both leading to a private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with loungers, an alfresco dining area, and a BBQ grill.

The building on the left includes three separate entrances, housing two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom. This part of the villa also offers a cozy living room with two sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace, providing a welcoming space to relax. The building on the right features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a triple bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
