Perfect location with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea make this villa ideal for a summer vacation. Villa is located in Kanica, a small picturesque place near Rogoznica. Rogoznica is located 8 km from Primosten, 50 km from Split and 30 km from Split Airport. A peaceful and picturesque Mediterranean place, will provide you with peace, rest and escape from the daily stress of modern life. The center of Rogoznica is located on a peninsula where old stone houses have mostly been preserved, which gives the Rogoznica waterfront an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Rogoznica is located in a deep bay protected from the wind and has about 54 km of coastline with various beautiful beaches: pebble, concrete and natural rocky beaches. Rogoznica offers a rich gastronomic heritage and unique natural beauties. Rogoznica, Sevid, Kanica and all other small places near this villa by the sea are connected by a bike path that attracts many cyclists and sports fans. The property covers an area of 530 m2, of which 150 m2 belongs to the residential area.The residential part of the Villa Lux Indigo spreads over two floors: ground floor, first floor, and also has a roof terrace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a king size bed, sea view, LCD TV and a private bathroom with shower and one guest toilet. Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. All rooms have king size beds, LCD TV and sea views; one has an en suite bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The roof terrace of this villa for rent connected by stairs from the first floor contains a 4m2 jacuzzi, sauna and deck chairs. Guests can relax on this beautiful terrace watching the sunset merge with the Adriatic Sea. The living room is located on the ground floor and is decorated in a modern style with shades of neutral colors and has a comfortable sofa and a large LCD TV. From the living room, you go further into the kitchen and dining room. We had a wonderful week in this very nice villa! The photos correspond exactly to reality. The equipment is perfect, there was really everything, especially in the kitchen by kitchen appliances, diverse dishes and spices. The host welcomed us very warmly. There was even a snack plate and wine for greeting. Since the weather was rather cool, we were able to use the sauna and the Jacussi perfectly. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, our stay at Villa Indigo was flawless. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos, and the location was ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we loved the welcome meal and fresh fruit. Definitely one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in!

Villa Indigo was the perfect getaway. The villa is in a great location, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby beaches and attractions. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were perfect for evenings with family and friends. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, and the attention to detail made our stay even more special.

Unlike beautiful, modern and very, very clean villa with an incredibly nice host. Perfect quiet location with optimal connection to the sea, shopping and restaurants. What we liked very much is the basic equipment of manual and bathing towels to various little things in the kitchen such as. B. coffee, milk, various spices, etc., which make the start of vacation more beautiful.
