Luxury Villa Promajna I is a modern villa by the sea with heated pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. This modern holiday villa for rent that provides absolute privacy and comfort but is also close to all local summer facilities. The villa is located in Promajna (Makarska) only 500 meters from the center and 300 meters from the pebble beach. The town of Makarska is 8 km away and Baška Voda only 3 km which can be reached by a promenade along the coast. Very nice house with everything you could wish for. Good location. The only thing we missed was dumbbells in the training room

Beautiful home with excellent service assisted us in reaching the airport promptly, especially when our last-minute transfer was canceled and we cannot thank you enough. We really enjoyed our time, creating wonderful memories during our Croatian family reunion. The adjacent villa was incredibly helpful in accommodating our large family, making it the best villa ever, as per my children ("pool people"). Sincere recommendations from us for villas and villa management.

Best location in Promanja 🤩! Gladly again! The entrance is rather not suitable for deeper cars 😅.
