Villa Rogoznica is a modern Dalmatian villa by the sea with pool, situated 4 km from nearby town Rogoznica and only 50m from the seafont. The villa itself consists of two separate apartments (1st floor and 2nd floor). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, while outside on the terrace is the pool and sun loungers next to it. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, gym, living room and kitchen and a balcony-terrace. Next to the garden on the ground level is a special area for barbecue, a large terrace where there is a large stone table and wooden benches and chairs for seating. On the ground level is also a garage for two cars and parking space for up to 3 cars. The Villa is located 80 m from the sea and from every part of the house offers a breathtaking view of Rogoznica and the sea. This modern villa can accommodate 10 or max 12 people. Rogoznica, a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia, extends for almost 50 km of coastline and it’s the perfect place to relax. Rogoznica is known for a wide range of entertainments and cultural events, organized by the Tourist Board, that bring a special atmosphere to its streets. With its location Rogoznica represents a perfect location, a great starting point for all excursions in the closer and wider area. When accommodated in Rogoznica, you can make daily trips to all most popular destinations, even to Dubrovnik in the south or National Park Plitvice in the north.
