Villa Roza with private pool in Vošteni is a spacious holiday villa located just 17 km away from Poreč, offering comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 12 guests—an ideal choice for large friend groups or families.

 

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, one twin and one double bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower.

 

First floor features 4 bedrooms (three double and one twin) with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor is also a game room with foosball table. 

 

Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.

 

Outdoors, the guests can enjoy the large garden and terrace with 32 m2 private swimming pool and a covered terrace and BBQ area—a perfect retreat during hot summer days. In the garden, you can have fun playing volleyball/badminton and table tennis. Bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings.

 

The nearby town of Poreč is a charming coastal destination abundant with diverse shops and restaurants. Don't miss the UNESCO-protected Poreč Basilica—it's a must-see attraction!

 

Villa Roza is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.

Major-league holiday!

House was nice to see in the pictures. Equipment of the house, kitchen, etc. was fully available. House was clean and tidy. Great pool and lots of activities possible, pool equipment, table tennis table and shuttle network. Uncomplicated check in. Communication with the host usually works well. Unfortunately, WLAN was not usable throughout the house.

High-end vacation!

We were friends in this villa with a large group. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very simple and the contact person was very friendly. The villa was well -groomed and offered enough space for everyone. Unfortunately, you have to drive something for activities because the villa is located in a smaller village. So if you want to be calm and comes by car, this villa is perfect.

We were there for 6 nights and really enjoyed the house and the outdoor facilities (pool, table tennis, volleyball field). We had no problems with the residents (for the most part other apartments). We would love to come back!
