The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, one twin and one double bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower.
First floor features 4 bedrooms (three double and one twin) with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor is also a game room with foosball table.
Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.
Outdoors, the guests can enjoy the large garden and terrace with 32 m2 private swimming pool and a covered terrace and BBQ area—a perfect retreat during hot summer days. In the garden, you can have fun playing volleyball/badminton and table tennis. Bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings.
The nearby town of Poreč is a charming coastal destination abundant with diverse shops and restaurants. Don't miss the UNESCO-protected Poreč Basilica—it's a must-see attraction!
Villa Roza is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.

Major-league holiday!
Haus war schön, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ausstattung des Hauses, Küche, etc war vollumfänglich vorhanden. Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Toller Pool und viele Aktivitäten möglich, Poolausstattung, Tischtennisplatte und Federballnetz. Unkomplizierter Check in. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber funktioniert meist gut. Wlan war leider nicht im ganzen Haus nutzbar.

High-end vacation!
Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe Freunde in dieser Villa. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Check in war sehr einfach und die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich. Die Villa war gepflegt und bot genug Platz für alle. Leider muss man für Aktivitäten etwas fahren da die Villa in einem kleineren Dorf liegt. Wenn man also seine Ruhe haben will und mit Auto kommt ist diese Villa perfekt.

toller Urlaub
Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und haben das Haus sowie die Außenanlagen (Pool, Tischtennis, Volleyballfeld) sehr genossen. Mit den Anwohnern hatten wir keinerlei Probleme (zum großen Teil weitere Ferienwohnungen). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

House was beautiful, as seen in the pictures. The house was fully equipped, kitchen, etc. House was clean and tidy. Great pool and lots of activities possible, pool equipment, table tennis table and badminton net. Uncomplicated check-in. Communication with the host usually works well. Unfortunately, WiFi was not available in the entire house.
