Luxury villa Serenity I is a beautiful modern Istrian villa with outdoor heated pool, sauna and private garden. It is located in a peaceful village of Gajana, just 10 km from the sea, 12 km from the center of Fazana and 17 km from Pula.

This modern one storey holiday villa impresses with its stunning interior and exterior, featuring a spacious garden, a heated pool of 50 m², a sauna and an outdoor living area with a barbecue grill.

The ground floor also includes a guest toilet.
