Villa Sofia is situated in the serene village of Santalezi, near Labin in the eastern part of Istria, offering a tranquil escape away from the tourist crowds. Despite its peaceful setting, it's conveniently only a 15-minute drive from Rabac, a charming seaside resort adorned with numerous pebble beaches and exceptional restaurants. Additionally, during the summer months, the old town of Labin, merely 4 km away, transforms into a hub for art and cultural events.This stunning air-conditioned villa features 3 bedrooms and boasts a modern architectural style crafted to high standards. The villa's accommodation includes two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each complemented an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, this villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a connected dining and living area, a private 30m2 pool with an open terrace, BBQ area and designated parking space on the property.

Villa Sofia is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 8€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
