Villa Stancija Salamon enjoys an enviable countryside location, just a 5-minute drive from the charming village of Svetvinčenat. This delightful village is known for its picturesque square, quaint streets, and the historic Grimani Castle. Here, you’ll also find a selection of bars, restaurants, and a mini-market.

The villa consist of two beautifully restored stone buildings, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Both buildings open to a spacious private swimming pool and a lovely sun terrace, offering the ideal setting for relaxation. Stancija Salamon is rented as a single unit and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option of adding two additional single beds.

FIRST HOUSE:

Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and living area with Pool table, and direct access to a covered terrace and the pool area.
First Floor: Accessed via external stairs, this level features two comfortable double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. A single bed can be added to each bedroom if needed.

SECOND HOUSE:

Ground Floor: A well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area, and a shower room.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms located on the upper level, with air conditioning in the hallway.

Outdoor Features:

Enjoy the best of outdoor living with a covered terrace, gas barbecue, and dining facilities—perfect for al fresco meals and gatherings.

The villa is just a 25-minute drive from the stunning Istrian coastline, offering easy access to beach resorts like Fažana and Medulin. A visit to the enchanting city of Rovinj is a must; its unique architecture, winding cobblestone streets, and breathtaking sea views will leave a lasting impression.
