Villa View Sumartin with private pool and gym is a modern island villa with sea view situated in the picturesque town of Sumartin on the island of Brač, just 200 m from the beautiful pebble beach and 300 m from the center of Sumartin. Villa has 230m² of living space on a 400m² private fenced property, offering a luxurious and spacious retreat. It is spread across two floors connected by internal stairs, featuring a private pool with sun loungers, an outdoor grill and a fitness area. This luxury villa provides a comfortable accommodation for 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and a laundry room. As you arrive to the property you will find yourself on a private parking lot and a stone staircase will lead you to the main terrace on the ground floor. The terrace reveals the inviting private swimming pool (24m²) surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A well-equipped fitness area is also available for your enjoyment and has direct access to the pool area. The courtyard features a cozy roofed outdoor dining area with a table and a summer kitchen with a grill, inviting you to indulge in the richness of Croatian gastronomy. The ground floor has a beautifully furnished open-concept living area with a comfortable white sofa and a coffee table, a decorative fireplace and large-sized LCD TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining table. Additionally this floor includes a laundry room and an extra toilet. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the other two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is furnished with a king-size bed, hand-selected bedding, soft towels and toiletries. The bedroom with an en suite bathroom also has an LCD TV and access to a balcony with loungers. This Dalmatian luxury villa also welcomes all pet lovers and could accommodate your beloved four-legged friend upon request. The exclusive Brac villa near the sea is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Private parking spaces on the property are also provided the guests.
