How to book?

The Guest can book an accommodation through our website in two ways:

• SEND INQUIRY – Through inquiries, guests can choose more accommodation units they are interested in. The customers are asked to list all their preferences in the inquiry. In this way, the Agency can suggest the accommodations that best meet the customer's needs. The Agency will respond to the customer as soon as possible. As a final confirmation of the reservation, a deposit (30%) is required, and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The customer can do this via bank transfer or by credit card. In both cases, the transfer fee is covered by the sender.
  
  
• ONLINE BOOKING – By booking online, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and immediately gains access to the payment method. The amount required for the advance payment is clearly stated on the site. The customer can pay the advance via bank transfer or by credit card.
